Instant Fuel Advances by Comdata
Fuel advances are available up to 40% of the total settlement with a maximum advance of $500 per day. A 3% fee is charged for this service and deducted from the final settlement. Call Dispatch (ext. 500) to request a fuel advance.
Settlement Options
Our standard payment terms are 15 days from receipt of required documents. For faster settlement, we offer QuickPay subject to a 3% fee deducted from the gross settlement. All requests received by Thursday, 1200 MST, are posted on Friday. Proper documentation must be faxed to 800-918-7406 with your request for QuickPay.
